It is quieter than the ninja brand, works well consistently, and doesn't seem to have an issue with making creamy ice cream even when you don't have the right ingredients to make something creamy. Very user friendly and I love the suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place on my counter. I'm notorious for knocking things over but it stays put because of the suction cups. All in all it does the job and is quieter which is a huge plus

The one I recently made was my attempt on cookies and cream but the Oreos I used had blue filling so it made the icecream look not so appetizing but still tasted yummy! Can't wait to create more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: while still noisy, this is quieter than other brands on the market. It also has a much smaller footprint and weight than other brands. Similar amount of spin time as other brands. Comes in cute colors. Mechanisms come apart easily and are incredibly easy to clean. Very easy to use. Never have to respond ice cream, ready on first spin! Cons: if you absolutely need mix ins already in the ice cream pint, this won't work for you. We have throughly enjoyed this ice cream machine! We had a different brand ice cream maker in the past (which broke) and prefer this one for its smaller size and slightly quieter spin volume. We use the same recipes (maybe with slightly smaller measurements) as the other brand we had. We don't mind the smaller pint size as it takes less freezer space. It's also a bit lighter in weight than the other brand and thus easier to put away and take out. Love the cute mint color.

It's not too heavy to move if needed and I appreciate the suction cups on the bottom to hold it down. Initial set up was super easy - fill a cup with blended ingredients (i used my nutribullet blender for that), put in freezer for 24 hours, take out and attach the blade attachment to the cup, put it in the machine, choose a setting, and off it goes! I liked that it came with multiple cups and a cover to put over the motor when not in use. I haven't been able to use every setting yet but the two settings I have used (ice cream and gelato) seemed to work well! It came out smooth and creamy and exactly what I hoped for. The only negative was that it seemed pretty loud like the blender and I was expecting it to be a bit quieter.

We have used the frozen yogurt, ice cream and sorbet settings so far and each delivered smooth and creamy results in just a few minutes. It does require some planning since your base needs to freeze overnight, but a traditional ice cream maker requires similar prep. As a mom, my kids love having ice cream on hand so we couldn't wait to make something. All of our recipes came out great and the texture and consistency was smooth, creamy, and delicious. I found the machine easy to clean and store also. It was nice controlling the ingredients without additives and preservatives. The only thing I wish were different was that I could not make ice cream within the same sitting. You do have to freeze the ingredients overnight, so there is no instant gratification if you're craving something right away. Just something to keep in mind!

It was pretty loud and I live in a townhouse with two kids so not something I could use after bedtime. The cord is almost on the short side so one less star for length of cord and volume of machine.
