It was super easy to set up. Doesn't take up much counter space. It requires a prefrozen bowl. As in put all ingredients into the cup and freeze before you blend. I did find it hard to find many recipes. I finally found a strawberry recipe that I tried. I found that this is more a smoothie maker not creamy ice cream maker. So if super creamy is what you're looking for…this is not the machine. This is for small batches not large family size batches. If you're looking for something more like a smoothie maker…you will love this machine. It's as loud as any mixer I've ever used. It is simple to take apart and clean.

I made Mango icecream, and the texture and overall process turned out great. Setup is very easy, quickly processes, not bulky in size and easy to store. The only drawback is that the manchine is quite loud while running. Aside from the noise, it's very easy to use and I am looking forward to trying more more recipes. Overall its a good product, just a bit pricey compared to similar devices.

I also love that it comes with a small recipe section...it gave me some fun ideas to try right away. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been dreaming of an ice cream maker for a while and my dream came true with Nutribullet Chill ice cream maker. I love it so much. At first at seemed complicated and I was hesitant to try it. But it turned out to be very easy and convenient. Assembly is a breeze. Prep is even easier all you have to do is put all your ingredients in a cup that it comes with and freeze it for 24 hours. After that you just put that cup on the base choose desired setting ( so far I only tried ice cream) but they are many such as sherbet, frozen yogurt, gelato and smoothie) and wait for it to be done. It only takes few minutes until you get delicious creamy ice cream. So far my favorite recipe is 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of milk and sugar. It comes out so good. And the best part is you know all of the ingredients that go in it. I have little kids that want to have ice cream every day and it gives me a piece of mind that they are now enjoying healthy home made ice cream.

Simply easy steps- from chocolate milk for 24 hours, added peanut butter, and used the ice cream setting to mix. I'll never buy store ice cream again!!! Looking forward to using more recipes.

It isn't very noisy either and is very quick and is easy to clean as well. It has been my favorite appliance for summer. Highly recommend.

It's super easy to use and it has multiple modes like gelato and ice cream, so you can switch textures easily. I've made strawberry gelato, blueberry, vanilla gelato, chocolate ice cream and also Alfonso Mango gelato and all came out really creamy and smooth, better than the ones I've had from the stores. If you need perfect texture, what I like to do sometimes is scrape the sides and re-spin to get that perfect consistency. Overall, it's fun, versatile and amazing for professional grade desserts at home. It also comes with a manual of recipes which I loved.

The idea of making ice cream with some basic ingredients found in a kitchen, while keeping it healthy and actually nutritious seems so foreign, but Nutribullet has made it a reality. This machine can make may different cold and frozen treats. But I was most excited to try out the ice cream. I made a protein ice cream, and it's just incredible. Super easy to use - directions were very clear. I would have loved another jar, to make more than just 2 servings, and a bigger/broader recipe booklet. But otherwise, this unit is well worth the money!
