Couple of weeks in - much better than my last Fitbit Charge 5 in most ways. Much more customization and training options. Took awhile to understand the different Garmin measurements. I really did like the Fitbit Zone measurement better, but the Garmin is superior in every other way. I will not be going back to Google/Fibt bit ever.

If you are on the fence to get rid of an Apple Watch or Fitbit to switch to Garmin. Do it. You will not be disappointed. I absolutely love my Garmin watch. From the health apps to working out it's great. Then it's compatible with golfing. Battery life is another great thing. Had to charge my Apple Watch everyday. Garmin I only have to recharge it once every 10 days. Sometimes even longer if I am not using the GPS mode.

Happy with the features that the watch provides. Sleep score is great, reports are handy. The biggest flaw (which I think is big) is that there is no barometer/altimeter. With there being set challenges for climbs, its ironic that this watch doesn't have those amenities

Excellent watch. I purchased it for my wife who wanted to replace her aging fitbit. Having switched to a Garmin instinct myself, and loving it, she wanted to try Garmin. She loves the watch and it has exceed her expectations. Great size and comfort, along with packed features and great battery life!

I bought this watch about a month ago to replace my Apple Watch because I was tired of the short battery life, as I I'm active a lot and like to record my activity's the Apple Watch couldn't make it through the whole day. I love my Garmin, I charge it once a week compared to my Apple Watch charging every day. I Love my Garmin!

I have owned Garmin cyclometers for many, many years to measure my effort when cycling. My age (low 70s) has pushed me more into the gym than on the open road for workouts. I wasn't pleased with the type of information Fitbit was providing me. I moved to a Garmin watch and I've been very happy with it thus far. It pairs with all of my Garmin sensors and gives me useful feedback on workouts of all kinds. It seems to give very good monitoring of sleep habits and daily rest and exercise. Overall, this was a great choice for me.

I made the switch from an iwatch because I wanted a round faced watch. The Garmin vivoactive 6 does almost everything the iwatch did. Since I have an iphone I cannot respond to a text or answer a phone call from the Garmin, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I almost always have the phone near by so it isn't a big deal to grab the phone and answer. I love the graphics and ease of use. I am not a big exerciser, but I do like to track my walks and bike rides. I can still interface the into with Strava so my friends can see my progress. You can also customize the face and what you want to see on the watch face. I love the green color, too. I highly recommend the Garmin Vivoactive 6!

After 5 years of being an apply watch user I switched to garmin and am not very impressed. I do like the sleep statistics, but feel that the vivoactive is missing a lot of activities that I used to track all the time on my Apple Watch. If they added rock climbing/ bouldering, dancing, and barre I would be more impressed. It also has a lot of glitches.

Gorgeous screen with awesome features in sleep tracking, health monitoring, workouts, plus smartwatch features. My third Garmin Vivoactive series watch. The other two were rock solid. This one failed due to software issues after less than two months.

It looks great for everyday wear while still delivering all the fitness and training tracking I need. From daily activity to structured workouts, everything is there without feeling bulky or distracting. A solid choice if you want one watch that works just as well in daily life as it does in training.
