Very easy for elderly to use

Works great! Accurate, easy, fast, noninvasive!

Seems to work properly, but we could not slide the back open to simulate changing the battery.

So annoying to use. You are better off w a digital thermometer. The old one from this brand was better it's so complicated to use this!

according to this thermometer my temp was 94° F so I can't get an accurate reading. Piece of cheap plastic crap.

Battery was dead when I opened it. Can scan the exact same spot and get a different temperature every time. Inaccurate. Wouldn't know if you had a fever. It says 99 one time then 97.7, then 98.4. It's the same spot!

After just 3 months, it no longer works. I changed the battery to double check it wasn't that. It gives readings way low now. It should last more than 3 months.

it worked great for the first six months to 12 months of owning it but ever since then it's been wildly inaccurate. yes the batteries have been replaced. would recommend for a short-term not a long-term.

My husband got this thermometer last September loved it but about a month ago it stop reading right I contacted the manufacturer they emailed me a shipping label all I had to do was get a box sent mine to them and they sent us a brand new one
