Brand new out of the box, and unfortunately it already had some paint chips. Other than that, I absolutely love the air fryer/microwave combo. It works great and is very convenient!

I own several Ninja products and have always been impressed with their quality and performance. This product is no exception. While I'm still exploring all of its features, everything I've used so far has exceeded my expectations.

Significant upgrade from a standard microwave. Worth the money. The fusion crisp feature is fantastic! I love the locking door feature! Yet it's easy enough my 4yr old figured it out in 5 min out of the box.

It does one at a time or microwaves and air fries as well. I love how easy it is to operate and the manual has so much information. I love the air fryer combo becuase you can heat up your leftovers and make them crispy again! The microwave is so strong and fast I noticed. These ribs and corn I made came out so quickly, no preheating or anything! You can also put the glass and the metal tray in your dishwasher so it doesn't get dirty. I can't wait to get the attachments for the steamer! This is a medium size isn't oversized though! Thank you Ninja for saving this moms dinner issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Crispi has honestly changed how I think about reheating leftovers. The combo of microwave and air fryer in one unit sounds gimmicky but the Fusion Crisp technology actually works. I can nuke something to heat it through and then get that crispy exterior back without dirtying two appliances. Pizza slices and fried food leftovers are where this thing really shines. Soggy microwaved pizza is a thing of the past for me now. The crisping basket is easy to pull out and wash, which matters a lot since I use this almost daily.

My previous air fryer had a toaster option so I did have to purchase another toaster because I couldn't fit everything on the counter together. It has a locking feature which I like, you change the time by turning a knob which is fine but if you have to heat up something for a while it takes a bit to scroll. The beeping when something is done is less annoying than a regular microwave. I like multi-use appliances in general to be a space saver. It's easy to use and a good space saver, so I'd recommend it. I wish it had a toaster feature too, and it would be 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few things to know before you consider this Crispi Microwave and Air Fryer. First, there's a learning curve. Without the touchpad you usually have with a microwave, setting the timer takes getting used to. I did accidentally start it more than once. You also need to remember to push the air fryer button because microwave is the default . I should add that the glass pan is very heavy and you'll need to use two hands with it. All of that being said, once I got used to this, I fell in love. Hands down, it's the most powerful microwave I've ever used. In addition, the air fryer gave food the best texture I've ever gotten in an air fryer. It's fantastic. I also love the Fusion Crisp for heating up leftovers. Make sure to watch the video for that because it explains everything much better than the instruction booklet does. This is a fantastic appliance and if you're willing to take the time to adjust to its differences, I think it's absolutely worth it!

Mine came with a few scratches on the outside. Everything else works fine and the product is great but for this price it should be in excellent condition when it arrives

We bought this a month ago and are so happy with it. It cooks steaks to perfection, and the cleanup is easy. The tray is quality non-stick, and the glass bowl takes so little effort to clean. Even reheating leftovers is much better with the Crispi Microwave. They are hot but not tough or dried out like a regular microwave does. Heating vegetables is much easier and more even; the entire serving is the same temperature. The capacity is perfect even though the unit is not any larger than most. You can use the entire inside area - not just the round center area.
