[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the member marks pads work great I feel that it holds the moisture, is comfortable even though it's long. The thickness of the pad is perfect , the shape is wonderful. Overall very durable and reliable woukd recommended them.

They're a little longer than what I'm used to, but honestly for overnight protection, they're perfect! Very thick and great absorbency, but still comfortable enough to where you're protected all night long and they're not leaking or chafing. Just great comfortable protection all night long!

They have made some improvements from ones I tried about a year ago. They fit better in length as I am a small person and cause zero irritation. In regards to discretion I don't use these during the day so I don't know how they would work during the day as far as bunching or comfort comfort. These are nighttime support only. I would recommend.
