I bought this watch about a month ago and I am so very happy. Have always been an iwatch person but after reading on this product I am happy to switch over to the Garmin fam. Although it doesn't have the perks of texting or answering phone calls not disappointed I'm ok with letting that go. Battery life is amazing!

I upgraded from the Fitbit Sense 2 to this watch and I could not be happier. I love the stats and how customizable it is, I also like how it looks. I am a runner with a very energetic dog - he likes to stop all the time and then run intervals - and this watch doesn't shame me for slow overall times, it shows run, walk, and stops so I have an idea of how I'm doing and how much time I spend stopped for him.

Replaced my Vivoactive 4 with a 6. First 6's crystal developed multiple craze cracks in the crystal after 3 days and normal wear. Garmin stood behind its product and replaced it. 5 days later my new Vivoactive 6 developed a small crack at the 5 o'clock position. I was hard on my Vivoactive 4 for 4 years and never had an issue. Love the new features on the 6. Durability or quality control issues concern me. No abuse on my part. Normal wear and tear. Disappointed.

I expected better, especially for the crazy price. Half the time it can't find my wrist when I try to do a health snapshot. Then the sleep reading results contradict each other! How can one spot tell me in slept great and then another place tell me that I didn't - for the same night! Most of the sleep results have absolutely no meaning to me & I haven't had time to try and Google them to see if I can make sense of any of it. Why would the app not give a detailed explanation?!?! Scary and alarming heart rate warnings, not followed up with any information either! And the music?!! Impossible so far. It took NUMEROUS tries just to get Spotify to load onto the watch & then after that, the watch can't find my freaking headphones!!! So very disappointing. I read so many reviews and sadly decided to follow only the good ones, also thinking the music issues (of which I read many) wouldn't really matter to me - but they do. Why offer the ability to listen to your music, when it seems the majority of us can not?! You have made many versions of these watches, so there is just no excuse for everything not to work. Especially for these prices!!!!

I received my Vivosmart 6 and I absolutely love it! This beautiful watch replaced my Vivomove 3S and there are so many more functions and features than what I was used to. It's a great watch and I highly recommend it! I enjoy being able to put photos on the watch too.

I am not very good at reviews, but I hope that I can do justice to the vivoactive 6. I love it. It gives me a report every morning and every evening. If I don't get enough sleep it tells me, and it tells me what exercises I can do, in order to get a good night's sleep. It is customizable, and I love all the watch faces.

Got it a little less than a month ago, upgrading from a forerunner 45. I get so much more stats, more accurate and precise stats, and a lot more features. I am a little suspect on the accuracy of the SpO2, but the sleep stats are so much more accurate and consistent than any other Garmin I've used. Overall amazing watch, it has the amazing features and stats overpriced Oura rings have combined with the watch features of an Apple Watch, for an incredible price!

My real rating for the Vivoactive 6 is 3½ stars, but half stars are not allowed. Let me get the bad stuff out of the way, right up front. My primary activity is Road Bicycling, with General Gym Exercise , and Tai Chi filling in the rest of my lifestyle activities. For Cycling, I have an Edge 540 that gives me most of what I want to see. I bought this because I wanted to add Heart Rate data from my rides, but I did not want anything strapped to my chest. The Vivoactive records that data that, but I can't get output to show in my 540 stats. I now have two versions of any ride showing in Garmin Connect, one from each device, and they are slightly different. I have found a way to integrate the two reports in my personal data file, so that problem has been dealt with. My exercise routine is a combination of stretching, some machines, and some free weights. I want a "set and record until I'm done" setting and there isn't one. I am just not going to take the time to start and stop after each rep or set. My time is more valuable than that. I've managed to develop a custom Exercise to somewhat meet the need, but it does not use GPS, so now steps while exercising is not recorded Tai Chi is not Yoga, it is not practiced as a Martial Art, and does not fall into any other category. I am using that custom Exercise previously mentioned, but with the same shortcomings as above. Now the good points. The Heart Rate tracking 24/7. That is very useful for my lifestyle. The device itself is very comfortable for wearing until it needs recharging. Battery life will depend on how many "always on" functions you use and how many are "broadcast". For Cycling it is now my device of choice for my short (3 - 15 KM) errands, despite not recording temperature info. That last is invaluable here in Southern Arizona! All in all, until you feel the need to spend a considerable amount more, this is a good product. If you are a runner, you may find it works better for you and a cyclist would.

So far I am satisfied with the performance of the features of my watch, but there is still a lot to be desired. The battery life doesn't last near as long as the estimate seems to display. As well as the charging port doesn't secure well to the charger so if I'm not intentional it occasionally won't charge.

My Fitbit that I had for a few years had to be charged nightly. Switched over to the Garmin vivoactive6 right before a conference and was impressed that I could go days without charging it I really wish they would make ankle bands since my hands are not always free at conferences
