One thing to to keep in mind is make sure the oil and pan is hot before cooking food. Make sure food is at room temperature. Real easy to clean, a plus if you cook a lot.

The pot has measurements etched along the inside to assist with recipes and I read that it is oven safe though I haven't tried it myself. Perfect size for a whole chicken and making homemade broth as well. It's versatile and one of the most used in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with my new stainless steel pans! I love to cook so I was extremely excited to try out these new pans. I usually cook on non stick since they are easy to use but I've been wanting to give stainless steel a try; so this was the perfect opportunity. I'll admit there is a learning curve to using these pans to make sure they make your food stick so preheating is a must and so is patience. Overall I enjoy these pans, once you get the hang of using them they are easy to use and not to mention much healthier than nonstick.

The stockpot heats evenly and cooks well. It's easy to clean and can even go in the dishwasher. I like that the lid is glass so I can check on the food cooking without lifting the lid. The handles and lid do get very hot, so make sure to use mitts before lifting the pot. The pot is excellent quality, and I plan to replace some of my nonstick cookware with other pieces from this set.
