Instructions were very informative, recommend, reading thru all steps and understanding each will facilitate the assembly. Parts fit nicely together. Had a part damaged in shipping, but called the 800 number and they had the part shipped out that day. Very Happy with purchase. Now I will be tackling Backyard Discovery's Swing set for my grandchildren. You make great products. Take the time to label all parts and it is helpful to put all hardware in separate containers that are clearly marked. You will need minimum of 3 and better to have 4 people to place the roof sections. Have quick clamps ready. There are several sub assemblies that can be done ahead of time to expedite the process (14’ beam and top frame assemblies).

We bought this for shade around the pool. The order took months and we had to contact Sam’s to find out when it would be delivered as the time allocated on the website was not accurate. We were told they would contact us to deliver, yet one day we arrived home to find it all over our lawn in the pouring rain. When we assembled this structure though, the directions were good and the structure seems durable…

We bought this a month ago and assembled it ourselves. It was a large job but the instructions were very clear. If you are not familiar with tools and larger projects I would recommend paying to have it assembled. The finished product is beautiful and we love it. It is very sturdy and is perfect for our pool side area. We look forward to using it for years to come. I could not be more pleased with this product.

I had the gazebo assembled in September. The crew that put it up worked quickly and did a great clean up job. The gazebo is very functional and receives so many compliments on the look. It is extremely sturdy and provides great shelter from the Michigan elements. It is nice to be able and sit outside even when raining.

We researched a lot of options and found the Cordova 14 X 10 would meet our needs. It was shipped in 5 boxes, all well marked. And we utilized the step-by-step phone app to explain how to assemble the gazebo. During the summer months, it was a blessing to have for shade around our pool area. We enjoyed some great times under it with family and friends!

Love it!! Had to hire through another company because GoConfigure is NO good in Las Vegas. Had to replace one of the wood parts because it was warped. I was on a time schedule so couldn't wait for a replacement. But love our backyard oasis. Unable to add photo says too large.
