Not a bad little snack or side dish. Pretty tasty and fairly healthy little 1½" mini cupcake sized. 2 of them staved off my stomach. cooked on a mini griller (not on the wrapper, but paced on parchment paper. Takes about 5 minutes to heat them if completely frozen. Eh, I'd probably buy these again, they're pretty low in calories.

You can't even taste the egg or any other flavor, except the spinach/grass. There was a Members Mark version that is far better.
