I love this product. It's the first computer I ever bought on my own without financial help. And I could never be more pleased with it. It doesn't run high end games(Subnautica, Subnautica 2 ex)but if you are a collage student without a lot of money and you just need to game and do school work. This is perfect.

Easy to install. It's very reliable. If I use it a lot, the battery doesn't last as long as I had expected.

The setup was easy. The keyboard letters and numbers wore off already.

My great great grandad Dell laptop was past its' prime long ago. I wanted to replace it with something fast and reliable and this new HP laptop is terrific. Windows 11 seems to work flawlessly and the setup was easier than I expected. The backlit keyboard was especially important to me. Time will tell if the silver grey plastic case will last but it sure looks good and this laptop is very light. I could do without the pestering popups from the more or less imbedded McAfee and Adobe Acrobat ads but that is only a minor inconvenience. I have no regrets about this purchase made just over a month ago.
