I like that you can adjust the flow into nostril. Being able to see what comes out in the lower reservior makes you want to use the Navage more frequently.

It works wonders my 7 year old loves using this also so I got the smaller nose parts and he does it 2tomes a day all by himself. Great product and works great

I have a constant problem with my sinuses. The NavageHas given me relief from the constant drainage the I have.It is easy to set up and operate if you read the instructions.

So easy to use. If you have a sinus infection use two salt pods. Make sure you only use distilled water as other water can cause infection or microscopic worms can get into sinuses and brain.

I have chronic sinus infections and nasal allergies. I asked for this system for my birthday and was so excited to get it. Today I started feeling a sinus infection coming on so I finally pulled it out of the package and used it. It was very easy to set up. At first use, it was a little startling when I started swallowing the salt water, but I eased back a little on the nasal suction and it was better. It goes pretty quickly too. And let me tell you...the gunk that came out of my nose after already having blown my nose all morning and using one of the canned saline rinses was pretty astonishing! And gross! I immediately felt relief and just a soothing sensation. I will definitely be using this as part of my normal daily routine. Very happy with this product.

If you have allergies or sinus problems; you need this machine; of course ; check with your Dr first. My wife has sinuses from you know where and for years she suffered.
