Not sure I like this yet, very sensitive if you over fill water it will not work, it would not work when i stood ip to use. I made a mess trying to use. Very sensitive if pushing power button becareful the bottom tank will release if you tap it while pushing power button. I guess it works though i saw mucus in bottom tank when finished.

took me a few uses to learn to work it without water in my mouth. but got it now it think i was holding it unlevel and to snug to my nose. i have to use 2 times a day to keep my sinus clear. pods are on the expensive side . i bought larger packet of pods to save some money. my husband uses it also and loves it. he works in a saw mill and his sinus are full or dust when he gets home.

My vertigo was so bad from taking Nasacort daily and Allegra-D on certain weather days that I couldn't even look down. I finally watched the YouTube videos, laughed my butt off and then bought one. I use this daily now before my shower (in the mornings - seems to help clear me up even better) and I have quit using all meds daily (only on bad weather days now). This takes some getting used to, I recommend giving it time, make sure to warm up your DISTILLED WATER and I set the microwave at 38 seconds - in a coffee cup, make sure to shake it after you insert the pod and rotate the nose pads so you get good flushes.Also, if you buy the pods on their website there is a discounted bundle option to make them cheaper. I'm not a fan of the eucalyptus ones.

If you need a good sinus cleaning this device will do it! I recently started clearing some land with the tractor and would bow dirt out of my sinuses for days. Started using the Navage and now I just was out the ol Snot Locker and can breath easier immediately... I was always afraid of using these type of devices but now I am so glad I did.

I feel a huge difference when I miss a day of using the Navage.I seriously recommend this product to combat allergies and it also seems to help fight my acid reflux from recurring.

It's navage devices very nice you have to be 10% smarter than the equipment you're working with so that you can put the salt pods and the right way with aluminum foil down otherwise machine won't work but is a great little device a great little thing to clean out your nose and sinuses you can't have it back

I work outside in arid SoCal. I don't have allergies, but am often on trails in clouds of dust. I usually have boogers, never saw it as a problem, I just blow my nose a lot to try to get them out. Santa Ana winds and wildfires always wreck my nose. Face masks help a bit. I though it just was the way it is. I got too close to a stinky car fire the other day, and within a few hours, I realized my nasopharynx and sinuses were adversely affected, irritated and swelling. It was late, and so the drug stores, big box stores, even grocery stores were all covid-closed, so I researched a few things online and though it seemed kinda pricey, I subsequently ordered the Navage. It arrived about an hour ago. I immediately opened the box, added distilled water, the pod, assumed position over sink, stuck it up my nostrils, pressed part way to feel suction and then all the way to let the water flow. It was not as powerful as I thought it would be, but I did it again and realized/learned to not push it into my nose so hard; it actually works best if I am maintaining seal while pulling back on the device as if to pull it out of my nostrils (but I don't). THAT improved the suction for me. There were a couple of moments water went toward my throat, but saying "ahh" while the machine is operating solves that. Immediate relief! I must say I feel like I've just discovered my nose. It's like I'd been only using one nostril all my life and now I have 2! I am so glad to have discovered this! Especially with all the trail dust everyday and the wildfire smoke I am currently exposed to. This may be pricey, but I am glad I got it.

Once you get the hang of how to use it and how to position it just right, it works like a champ. I thought it was going to suck my sinuses out, that is how well it works. Flushes out gunk deep in the sinus passage, that you never realized was their! Fast cleans of the nostrils.

Excellent product. Works as advertised. Easy to use, clean, and sanitary. I sleep a little better and my allergy reactions happen much less. I find that if I stop mid-cycle and move my head around so that the saline reaches more cracks and crevices, my sinuses feel much more cleaned out. Great product. Worth every penny!

I was so scared to use this machine, because I thought that it would make me feel like I was drowning. Now keep in mind that I received the machine on August 20, 2020. Today, August 30, 2020, I finally got the courage up to try it, and mannnnn...It was the best experience EVER!!!I�ve never used anything like this to clean my Sinuses. I�ve heard about the Netty Pot and other devices, but they seemed very messy. I really didn�t want to deal with all of that; But, this machine took all of that away! It is easy to use, the directions are straightforward, and it is not messy. I have my sister to thank for informing me about this product. This truly is a game changer!!!??????
