Have started replacing all of my kitchen things with the Ninja line - it holds up great - and keeps on working. I will add that I put a shelf in our back room to store my Ninja a[[alliance on when not in use as they tend to be larger, however it is worth it to me.

I got my new cooker last week and used it this weekend for the first time. I made sous vide egg bites, chili, pulled chicken and chicken pot pie in it. It gets nice and hot. Love that I can dear/sauté then switch to bake or slow cook all in one unit. The pot cleans up so quick that it's a breeze going from one meal to the next. (I meal prep so made a weeks worth of meals in one day!) and for items that need to bake uncovered, you can just throw the pot right in the oven. 10/10 would recommend and purchase again! The only downside I can see is the temperature settings only go in increments of 5 on certain cooking methods. So for sous vide, some adjustments need to be made for certain recipes. But def not a deal breaker. I love this cooker!

I purchased this appliance because of the steam bake and proof feature I watched the demos on shopping networks and you tube I wanted the bake and proof feature which was not on the 6.5 qt possible cooker which I love. I have been using the 8.5 qt cooker now for a couple of weeks I bake my pizza and breads I proof as well I made homemade soup I roasted I would like to mention that we are small family This cooker is wonderful for small family as well I don't have to make enough for 20 people just my family It is smaller than the countertop oven which I donated because it was too big I would recommend to families It all depends upon how they cook/bake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful multi purpose kitchen appliance, I am extremely happy with it! The color really compliments my kitchen decor and looks great on my countertop. The cooking vessel is perfect for making family-sized dinners. It's nice to be able to brown my meat, sauté the vegetables, add the liquids, and finish the process in the oven for my famous osso buco, especially in one pot that distributes heat evenly. My meals are much easier to prepare and finish with the different settings. I'm able to save money with the sous vide function by using tougher, less costly pieces of meat. Made a huge batch of chicken alfredo and the ladle/pasta fork came in handy. I really appreciate the built-in holder for that accessory to serve proper portions. I'm excited to try a variety of soups and stews this winter. Materials are high quality and the construction is top-notch. The thoughtful design is conducive to saving time and simplifying the cooking process. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

I just had to stop in and write a review on this cooker because ive cooked with it all week and I absolutly LOVE it!!! If i could afford all of ninjas pots and pans i would buy them all! For the price of this is definitely worth it.The pan that comes with it is non stick no spraying at all and it washes so easily as a mom to 4 im crying! 2nd i wouldnt so much call this a slow cooker but a super cooker! I put my meal in it to slow cook on high and it only took it 2 hours!! Yes 2! I was expecting 4-6 like a normal cooker. Today i baked a cinnamon stousel cake in it and yes like magic im enjoying one of my favorite desserts. Just buy it! I litterally dont want to use anything else to make my soups anymore as i can saute my onions and carrots right in it and slow cook the rest. Thank you ninja mom life in the kitchen just got a whole lot better!!

I love this crockpot. It slow cook and simmer. It has other functions but this is what I use the most. After the time goes off it stays warm until you turn it off, that's another function I love. I often use the cooking bags when cooking so there's easy clean up. Get you one!!!

I bought this on a pre-order because it would allow me to get rid of several different appliances and make sous vide really easy. When it got here I immediately tried the sous vide. It was excellent! No more big pots wrapped in towels on the counter for 2 days! Next, I tried the slow cooker. I wish I could put on more time but it's not a deal breaker. Worked perfectly and did not burn even when left on high for a prolonged period of time. Then I wanted a braised roast so I seared it in the pot and then set it on braise. Again, excellent results. Let me add I decided to can homemade ketchup and I needed to cook the tomatoes down for almost 48 hours. It did great and wiped clean afterwards! The only thing that would make me happier would be a choice of colors so I could leave it on the counter.

I love this. Made unbelievable roast in it as well as sautéing veggies and making spaghetti sauce.

Love the idea that it is lightweight enough to move around my kitchen . Easy clean up.
