What a whimsically nostalgic item!!! I was tickled pink by the packaging...it even has the classic silver tamper-peoof seal sticker on the side! The box is much bigger than I expected, but I dont care. The blanket is super soft, the image much better quality than I was really expecting, and my millennial heart is happy.

If you're buying these to collect or put on display, I would not it's like nobody at the factory cares that these are collectible items and they destroy the outside packaging of this. Blanket soft and it's great but the outside packaging is so messed up. The corners are all bent in and torn up.

I waited for these to come back in stock to grab a couple. When they finally arrived 1 of my boxes was very damaged. Normally I wouldnt care about the box the blanket came in but it is the biggest reason i purchased the blanket was for the box. the shipping box was not damaged so that tells me that whoever packed it knew the vhs replica box was heavily damaged but packed it anyway

An amazing idea I love the size and the softness of the blanket however, mine came crushed and I had it replaced three times and all three VHS boxes were damaged. This only happened in the beauty and the beast. I had ordered The little mermaid and that one was just fine. I've given up and I will just have a ruined case.

I am leaving 5 stars because the product is super cute, blanket seems to be a decent quality. That being said, I ordered a few as Mother's Day gifts and they arrived damaged. The shipping department needs to pack these better. I tried to submit photos but keep getting an error message.

This item is a gift and came, as many other reviewers have stated, with the seal broken. Why are so many arriving with broken seals, making them seem already opened?! The box is so cute and bigger than expected! The app won't let me upload the photo for some reason.

I purchased both the Lion King and Beauty and the Beast ones when they became available. The Beauty and the Beast throw showed the seal was already opened, and the box was ripped. It seems I had gotten a returned product. (The Lion King was in good shape) I decided to keep that one and just buy another before they sold out again. Well, this one also showed up opened, and the box was ripped as well. I'm disappointed in the quality of this product. I really believe the main selling point of this product is the box. But the box is poorly made, and the fact that I was sent 2 opened ones makes me think that these get returned a lot because of the box. (The blanket itself is perfectly fine! It is soft and big! Just wanted to inform people on the box)

ANOTHER used product sent to me! The seals are broken, and the boxes are damaged. I bought all 4 blankets at various times, including duplicates of Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin to gift to someone. Out of 6 blankets, only 2 were originally sent to me new, with the seal intact, and the box undamaged. They sent replacements for The Beauty and the Beast ones that arrived in new condition the second time. The Lion King and the Little Mermaid arrived opened and with the seal broken too, and now they are sold out can't be replaced. I'm stuck with 2 used blankets with damaged boxes. And I can't gift them either because they are opened and in poor condition. Neat idea, but if these do come in stock again, save yourself from the hassle. They should know nobody wants to receive an open and damaged product instead of continuing to send them out to people.

Shipping was rather fast and bankets are just as pictured. However, biggest pet peeve is ordering online and receiving opened items. Ordered three Blankets and two arrived with broken seals which after reading other reviews it seem to be a rather frequent occurrence. so if you are planning on ordering once and if they become available again just know there is a great chance you'll receive previously opened boxes. I was planning on gifting these but now its gonna look like I opened them before gifting them.
