The unit is great to hang on the ceiling in the basement or a wall near our gaming area. We are currently remodeling our basement and will place this near the gaming area. If you watch the video you'll see the lights in one of the many modes can dance to the music!

It's a bit tedious to put together, I would definitely suggest two people. Especially when hanging it on the wall, I think two people is way easier! Remote works great. Power works great. We love this!

The garage light is well made and has different lighting options and it has remote which is very convenient to change from a distance. The assembly was easy and instructions are clear. The response time is very simple but the battery life is very good. I am glad that I have the ability to use it and enjoying it! There are multiple different lighting functions and it's controllable with the remote! It's large, but it's still pretty light weight and the lighting is stunning. It can go on the wall or ceiling, I think I'm going to do it on my son's main wall in his bedroom. It was simple to put together, but I will say, the instructions are less than detailed. It doesn't require a ton of brain power to assemble it. The color scheme is gorgeous. By looking at it, you would think that this thing costs hundreds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hex lights so much better than I could've ever imagined, it has totally made my gym feel so much cooler 😄. Instant visual upgrade. The install took about a hour because I am a perfectionist and we installed it in sections to make it easier. The lights are plastic and so therefore lightweight which was much appreciated, they come with a plastic peel off cover to protect them from scratches until installed. It plugs into the wall. The remotes has many functions, you can cycle through 20+ light functions as seen in the video, with a faster or slower option for the selected light pattern, so fun! It also has solid color light options as well with a up and down function that to make the solid color darker or lighter. It has the ability to beat to the music, but that function did not work for me, that's the only reason this is a 4 star, other than that these lights are so fun and cool! I would definitely recommend if you're interested in the Hex garage lights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Westinghouse DIY hex garage lights are a really fun way to upgrade your garage. A man cave or add an accent to any room in your house. I've put together similar hexagonal garage lights and all the pieces are very similar except this one's colored which excites me. They do take some time to put together but when it's all done it's totally worth it. The finished product ends up being about 5 ft by 6 ft. I'm personally having a hard time trying to figure out whether to put this in my garage on the ceiling in my bedroom or in my man cave. This is definitely something I recommend people check out if they want to add something fun to upgrade their space.
