There is almost no flavor in this cocoa. You need to use 5 times the amount then I usually use with the Hershey's Special Dark that I usually get. With the cocoa shortage, I have had trouble finding my usual product so I thought I would give this one a try. Big mistake. This cocoa also has a very grainy texture to it. I will never purchase this again. A very big disappointment and waste of money.

I have been making my grandmother’s chocolate meringue pie for years and I am always looking for ways to make the chocolate taste richer. I found it! This cocoa powder is 100% cacao. It gives the pie a very rich, chocolate flavor without the chalky taste like some of the other powders out there. I was very impressed with the quality of this powder and would definitely recommend it!

Makes the best fudge and hot cocoa for a great price

We bake a lot. Baker quality cocoa powder in this large quantity makes delicious baked goods and hit cocoa.

Great quality! And the size and price is wonderful!

My first time trying this brand and I must say the taste it gives my big products is very good

The cocoa is wonderful so chocolate! It tastes pure! I am so glad i found this cocoa!

Very pale brown color, not a flavor I would associate with 100% cocoa. I will use this up because I paid for it but will not purchase again.

Its awesome. Real chocolates

Love the flavor of this. So creamy and rich tasting
