The gummies are sweet, easy to chew and taste yummy. I don't know how well they will work long term but I plan to keep using them in addition to my daily vitamins to see if they help me down there. The texture of them is a little bit harder they are still soft but not mushy which I appreciate. The taste is amazing it's like I'm eating a pineapple candy!! The bottle is cutest thing I've seen!
