We are both busy and live active lifestyles, so convenience was key for us in a "supplement." These fit the bill. I noticed after taking them for awhile, I didn't have the 3 p.m. slump that I normally do. My husband said he felt overall energy throughout the day, but it wasn't a jittery energy. My blood pressure usually runs high in the afternoons and it hasn't recently. Great product!
