Bought this for my son and on of the hinges broke, it was such an easy and pain free process to get a replacement. I love working with companies who stand behind their products!

I love this lunch box other then the latch breaking the first day of use and I still continued to use it with one latch but a few months later now it broke too

These lunch boxes have been amazing. Leak free and all the food stays in the compartments. Also really love the extra silicon insert- just wish I could buy more of the inserts in smaller sizes to add more tray option!!!

The first one I got was defective. It was promptly replaced and I truly appreciate the business, hence the 4 rating. The lunch box is in itself quite heavy and bulky and my kids, unfortunately are not keen on using it.

Out of the box, this thing looks and feels great. However, the box doesn't close properly and just opens on its own. Hoping to get a proper replacement.

I purchased two boxes for my toddlers and we love them so far. The kids are obsessed with them and we love that they stainless steel. So glad we made this purchase. You definitely need to give them a try.

This is a bit heavy for our four-year-old, but really well made and easy to clean. Just remember not to was with scented soap, the silicone lid liner will soak the smell right up!

We really like the bentgo lunchbox, esp since its leak proof and stainless steel! Easy to clean in the dishwasher though after some use, we have started to notice that one of the latches does not close anymore when there is food in the bentgo.

I bought this lunchbox 2 years ago and it has held up really well. It keeps food from spilling and is easy for my toddler to open and close. The stainless steel is great. We had an issue with the latch and the customer service has been excellent.

We bought this lunch box over two years ago. Love that it's stainless steel and dishwasher safe! Also, when we had an issue, the customer service responded quickly and kindly with a solution the same day :)
