I bought this a couple months ago, but didn't have occasion to use it until recently. I have the Bentgo Microsteel. At first it looked a little small, but because it's so deep I was able to cut a sandwich in half and stack the two halves. Then I used silicone cupcake cups to hold grapes and a dip in the same partition as the sandwich. In the other half, I was able to fit celery sticks and a whole apple. It was way more food than my kid needed, but I was shocked that this container so easily accommodated all of it. It stayed shut in her backpack but opened easily. Absolutely obsessed!

This box is great for it purpose. However the box is increadibly heavy and almost broke my child's toe when it fell while carrying it. My child also had an accident with one of his classmates when trying to put the backpack on, it was swang and the other child got hit on the face/head with it creating a huge bruise and swelling. It is such a hazard that in both accidents, kids were taken to the doctor's office. Is not worth it to get it for preschoolers.

I bought the original Bentgo for my kids when they started elementary school. They loved them because each snack had its own spot and they didn't have to get up to throw away trash! Parents that prefer to buy in bulk will love these! Less waste is better for the planet!! Now that my kids are older, they love this new Bentgo because it looks more mature! The stainless steal is awesome too!! Easy to clean and overall the best lunchbox out there!!

We have had several bentgo kids plastic lunch boxes for years and have loved them. However, we bough the teal stainless steel lunchbox in Dec 2022 (11 months ago) and the teal finish is peeling off. Our other lunchboxes from bentgo have lasted for years, so I don't believe we're being hard on them. We wash this one in the same dishwasher 1-2x per week. Our daughter keeps it in an bentgo insulated lunchbox and we've asked her not to peel or pick at it. If you're interested in buying this model, I recommend the silver (non-coated) option. Other than the coating coming off the lunchbox works great. It has good-sized compartments and hasn't leaked.

The bento box style has been a life saver for my child who does not like food touching. I started with smaller kids bento box when he was in preschool and have moved to the stainless steal larger one now that he's in elementary school. I had an issue with the latch and reached out and they fixed it right away. Appreciate the products and the wonderful customer service!

I love these Bentgo boxes. I purchased 2 at the same time and use them daily for my kids lunches. They are easy to open and lock with causing spillage of food. The compartment spaces are perfect for different food choices. I would definitely buy them again. Also, the customer service is very helpful and friendly.

Wanted to love and use these so bad for my child for school! Love that they're stainless steel and not plastic! But they're too long to fit into a standard size child lunch box (even the Pottery Barn large lunch box). There is not a handle to carry them without a lunch box 😞 so disappointed!

We have had these for several months now and they hold up great. I love stainless over plastic for obvious reasons, especially for my children. Sometimes the handles that open it up are slightly hard for them to get open, but the rest of it makes up for it. I love the little compartment and the little silicone container that comes with it.

We have had multiple bentgo boxes for our kids over the years and use them every day for lunches. The one time we had an issue (the latch wouldn't stick) the customer service was awesome and got it replaced immediately. Easy to clean, durable (our kids drop them all the time), and perfect size.

I was looking for the stainless steel lunchbox which have proper partitions and found these to be the best! Portion size is accurate and quality is very sturdy. Also customer care team is very helpful and on top of that it comes with 5 years of warranty! My girl is using this since her toddler class and she is in k-prep now.
