Bentgo lunchboxes are so fantastic, and these stainless steel ones are my favorite. The size of the compartments are perfect, and the silicone insert is great when you don't need the entire left side. (Just make sure your kids don't accidentally throw them out when disposing of the rest of their lunch). :) Highly recommend!

I'm so happy to find a bento box that isn't plastic. It is on the heavier side but my preschooler has been managing. He can open it independently but the clasps are a little tricky to close and he has trouble closing it by himself. My biggest negative would be that the blue cover is chipping away after 3 uses. I would recommend just ordering the plain stainless steel. Besides that, so far, so good!

When the lunchbox arrived it was tightly suctioned in the closed position, so much so that I had to use a tool to pry it open. The silicone had over-compressed making it so that the clips did not engage. After letting it sit for a week the silicone did seem to bounce back a bit, and the box does stay closed due to friction between the lid and base. It's a very nice lunchbox but I'm not sure yet if I can trust it to stay closed in my child's backpack.

I bought Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Lunch Box for my 2 kids and 1 for my husband's lunch. Beautiful outlook, best quality, good space for vegies, fruits. If you have any questions, they have a great customer support to help you. Overall, happy for my family lunches.

We have two bento boxes for each of our children. One has the plastic (lighter and easier for our toddler), and one has the stainless steal version. The connecting piece on the stainless steal bento, which was only used a dozen or so times, broke. We always hand washed and kept in a padded, insulated lunch bag. I reached out to customer service and was told a new box would be sent. This was a huge relief because $50 for a lunch box is an investment for our family. We paid for a product we hoped would last. Knowing a replacement is being issued is the reason we will continue to invest in this company's products. Makes for a loyal customer base.

I've been trying to reduce my kids exposure to plastic, which is no easy task. The stainless version of these really help. Packing lunches is just as easy with these as with the plastic ones. These are a big more spendy, but that usually is the case for plastic free stuff. These cases are bigger which is nice to I feel like my kids can eat a little more if they are hungry.

I posted a review on this site about a couple of small issues that we had with one of our two stainless steel Bentgos. I received a rapid response from Bentgo via email and was able to speak to a customer service representative as soon as I connected via phone. The defective unit is being replaced at no charge to me. Impressive customer service - another reason to keep using Bentgo as my kids grow. Thank you!

I bought this lunchbox for my son a year ago and he took it to school everyday last year. Unfortunately, the hinge broke recently. Customer service was great and they are sending me a replacement! I really like having a leak-resistant, stainless steel lunchbox option for my kid.

I have 3 of these bentgo boxes and one of the plastic ones. I love them all! Perfect space and separation. One of the clips on my lunchbox broke not long after I began using it and customer service has responded right away and has been helpful. I appreciate the warranty on these.

My kids tease me that I *might* have a lunchbox bento purchasing problem, but ever since they were little I've tried so many lunchboxes - looking for THE ONE that would be little hand-friendly, fun, great for them to pack themselves with an intuitive design that would make it easy to see how to pack a more balanced lunch, leakproof, and... well - I could go on. And finally I found this. And I swear the sky opened and I heard singing. We love this lunchbox. It is truly everything I've been looking for.
