We bought these when my older two children outgrew their original Bentgo lunch boxes and I am so happy with them! They are the perfect size for the older kids and even myself. We love the versatility with the moveable compartment and only wish it had two. As a busy mom, these make my life so much easier — I threw out all of my small containers and never have to waste time looking for matching lids ever again! 🤩 They are slender and take up very little room in my oldest's backpack, which is great now that she has to carry a laptop and so many textbooks to and from school. Highly recommend! I love this colour and will be ordering the pink hand purple next.

I bought this unit for my granddaughter for her picnic outings. She has enjoyed the way the food has stayed fresh during the day. She enjoys packing her favorite food items in the unit because they always taste good. She takes PBJ sandwiches, fresh fruit. Or cold cuts.

The latch broke off within 6 months or so of use, which is disappointing considering the quality and price of the item, however the warranty is great to have. It is a little heavy but expected because of the material. I like how it is a quality material lunch box with great portion sizes.

We have two bento boxes for each of our children. One has the plastic (lighter and easier for our toddler), and one has the stainless steal version. The connecting piece on the stainless steal bento, which was only used a dozen or so times, broke. We always hand washed and kept in a padded, insulated lunch bag. I reached out to customer service and was told a new box would be sent. This was a huge relief because $50 for a lunch box is an investment for our family. We paid for a product we hoped would last. Knowing a replacement is being issued is the reason we will continue to invest in this company's products. Makes for a loyal customer base.

We've used this for 1.5 years for every school day lunch for my 5/6 year old. It never leaked and certainly was used hard. I'd highly recommend. I like how it's not plastic and one piece. One of the back binding pieces came loose and bentgo just sent me a new replacement no questions asked after hard use. Love the product and company. Highly recommend.

I bought the Bentgo stainless steel lunchbox hoping it would be a durable option, but the latches are way too stiff. They're so hard to close that even I struggle with them — and my son can't close it at all on his own. That completely defeats the purpose of sending it in his lunch bag. It looks nice, but the design just doesn't work in real life. Really disappointed, especially for the price.

I bought two of these for my kids' school lunches. They're a great size for them and they really do not leak at all. We've had a few issues, but costumer service has replaced the boxes under their warranty. The only downside, is that they are a bit heavy for my 5 and 4 year old. But they are stainless steel so I guess that's the trade off for not using plastic.

We only trust stainless product and Bentgo executed this the great sectional lunch box idea. We bought 3 Bentgo stainless lunch boxes, one of the boxes' hinge came off, trying to find out if there is a way to fix it.. but the customer service backing up their product very well... Highly recommend the product and will buy again in the future..

I own 5 of these lunch boxes! 5! They are leak proof and eliminate the need for small Tupperware and plastic bags. They have streamlined our mornings and I will never go back a regular lunch box. They are a low profile (a little on the heavy side), but I wanted metal and not plastic. We make our lunches the night before and they stack easily in the fridge. My kids love them and I ended up buying 2 more for my husband and I. These are a MUST BUY, especially with Bentgo's fabulous warranty.

I bought this a while back through Macys in preparation for my daughter to start preschool in March. It is now Early May, so the lunch box has only been in use for 2 months. We hand wash it during the week and then put it in the dishwasher once on Friday nights (it says dishwasher safe on it). The paint on the lid is already starting to flake and peel off. Aside from this defect, we love this lunch box, and so does our daughter. I just don't love the idea of some paint potentially flaking off into her food. I see that this seems to be an issue with other purchasers as well.
