Luckily, no prostate cancer but I'm continuing to wear for a while for the confidence especially now that I've gone back to work.

Good for my occasional issue I suffer from some minor leakage both bladder and bowel sometimes from a condition that will pass in time. It is good to know that I can quite literally depend that no one will know but me when something unexpected does occur while I’m wearing this underwear. The underwear are comfortable and not visible through my clothing while offering leak proof protection, no odors and breathable like regular underwear. The underwear are easy to put on and have a light flexible waistband that fits snug on your body but also stretches if needed. The underwear also have a square on the back of them to assist with how you should wear them. I wear the underwear throughout the day and during the night, I am comfortable knowing that I have complete protection to keep me dry, overall I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to family and friends.

I didn't notice any issue with odor, though I didn't leave them on long dirty. I'm 155 lbs and between an 8 and 10 pant size and they were comfy, but a hair snug in waist. I think if you wear a size 10, you should probably go up to a large.

I received the large size and initially thought they'd be swimming on me, but they fit comfortably AND stayed put whether during a day around the house or while taking a moderately-paced 45-minute walk. The outer material is a soft "plastic", but doesn't make crinkly noises while walking. It's like wearing regular underwear and the fit is quite smooth even under Lycra workout pants. The pants sit comfortably above my hips, with no roll-down from my little potbelly! The padding coverage is more than adequate, and any leaks seem to be quickly absorbed and wicked away from the body - so, no irritation! A *huge* plus for me is that this product is unscented. So many pads are scented which I'm sensitive to, even if it's very light. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I experienced slight skin irritation from one of the pants openings while exercising. Not horrible, and I might try wearing looser workout pants next time.

Didn't even think about having them on most of the time. Not much different than wearing a pair of whitey tighties.

Easy to slip on and don’t have to worry about pull tabs. Work great with for odor control and absorbency. Very durable and were changed every 6 hrs
