I didn't get out because of it when do decided to try these and it was the best move I had made. Won't go out without them anymore and not afraid of messing up my clothes.

I use this at the gym, and my only issue is that sweat causes the adhesive around the padding to come unglued. If I use the toilet, absorbent padding and gel falls out onto my shorts and the floor. That said, it is discreet and fairly absorbent given its size, and I am not embarrassed to wear them under clothing. Would like an option for night use.
