I used Depends after having my son in 2006 and also after having my daughter in 2008. I never had a problem I loved them they fit like reg. underwear and you couldn't even tell I had them on. (When I say they fit like reg. underwear I mean they covered me like they should.) I had to have major surgery in Oct. 2013 and again today. In Oct. I tried some and couldn't get any to fit. I figured I would try again today after again another major surgery. I tried the underwear with fit flex in small because I am small. I only weigh 130. The top fits good but on my back side or bottom both cheecks stick out and are hardly covers, theyre not comfortable at all. If I wanted to wear a thong I would but I don't I never have and never will. Going up in size isn't an option because they will fall off of me. As said before I'm not big in anyway at all. I just need something that I can wear with out having everything hanging out and be comfortable. I need to still be able to go out and shop or pay bills without having to wear baggy pants so I don't look like I am wearing a baby diaper. There needs to be more fabric to cover someone's bottom PERIOD.

They fit extremely well and I feel secure in doing activities I can't do without some form of incontinent pads/underwear. They don't bunch up and they do feel like underwear. I like that they come in different sizes and I am sure if I lose some weight I can go down a size. I also like that I can go places without worrying about leakage. It doesn’t make noise it doesn’t run up it won’t make you look baggy or bigger. It kept me dry fits great durable. I tested its absorbency and it worked well you’ll definitely notice you’ll need to change it. And Oder control was fin you can still kinda smell it.But overall great product but I don’t have any other to compare.

He is now incontinent almost all the time. I have to use a guard inside the flex fit at night as they will leak. If you had a night time under garment that was thicker that would be a great help. It would help if you had a box with 50 or more in a box. I use about 6 pull ups per day.

It absorbs well and has a large capacity, so you can go several times before needing to change it. The downside is that it will occasionally leak or the smell is too strong.
