She says they fit perfectly and lasted for hours for him. He wears to prevent accidents when he goes out in public and you cannot tell he has them on with a variety of pants he wears. He says they dont keep the wetness on him but wicks it away from his skin which is a plus also. Overall they loved them its just they are on a limited budget and have to use off brand that insurance covers which are not the same quality as these.

My mother wears the women's ones just like these, so I can only assume they are the best ones, as she only buys this brand. I also used Depends after giving birth instead of the normal pads. You can tell this will absorb any leaks and no odor will be out. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him.
