The product does not cover my back side; I am a guy with a 52 waist. With every step it feels like I am about to lose the underwear-my pants stop them from falling On the other hand the underwear does absorb! No question about it! The design however needs to be modified so that the back goes over a nan’s hip for a comfortable fit.

Overall great product - kept him dry, no odors, and easy to clean up and throw away.

You can tell this will absorb any leaks and no odor will be out. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. He can also easily get them up and down. He like the fit even better than his regular underwear. Also these are very durable and good quality. Highly recommended!

They are convenient when I couldn’t be here at all times to help him up to get to the bathroom. They are super absorbent and surprisingly there was no unpleasant odors. I sleep right through until morning However I did add a Poise pad just in case. Being that this item was not generously cut, I somehow pulled too hard on the waistband in the back and it did rip away from the butt part of the seat. I wore it anyway. I am hoping that this depend product has more absorbancy than a reg. depend. I wear the reg. ones everyday and seem to always leak through. Very embarrassing to have a wet spot on my pants. I'll see how they do during the day tomorrow
