He struggled with regular adult diapers, but Depends were more like underwear and familiar to him. They seal around the legs well to prevent leaks and they fit like normal underwear. Having a sense of normal and independence is very important.

My uncle who’s older and lives next door to me tried these out being he’s starting to decline a bit health wise and has been using similar products to help him stay independent as possible through his day to day health struggles. I got for husband to try and he didn't before time was up, so I sampled. To my surprise they were very comfortable, wasn't bulky feeling, but soft under clothes. During my testing it held over 5 cups of water before it started to leak. So given an accident I would be confident that these will hold up to it. I would recommend these to anyone who is concerned with accidents.
