It's a little tight in the leg area but a big poof in the front. Durability isn't much of a concern if you aren't big on pulling hard. They need to make lady pads into these because they don't irritate the private area and have good control.

They are flexible and don't provide bulk, so you can wear them with nearly anything without anyone know you are wearing incontenence underwear. The only thing is that I live in the South, where it gets very hot and extra humid in the summer. I can't see these being comfortable in that weather, since they are not very breathable.

It was perfect for stitches either from C-section or natural along with giving me soft support and the flex to fit around "extra" weight or folds. When I slipped them on, I noticed that it had the closest feel to regular underwear than any other disposable product I've tried.
