They absorb very well and hold a large amount of liquid. You kind of forget they are in besides the bunched material but it doesn't scratch the skin or feel irritating.

Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.

He’s a little embarrassed to say but he has a little leakage issue, but with these depends is no longer an issue.

This review is not about the product but about the delivery. Twice in a row, a huge box was left on a handicap ramp. The first time it rendered my mother left outside of her home for over three hours because she couldn’t get into her home. The second time she was not allowed to get out of her home because of the size of the box and blocking the ramp. Check out the pictures. And yes, I reported it the first time.
