I can comfortably wearing this product all day without anyone notice. It feels I gain a bit of freedom and able to sleep better at night. The product is leak proof and control odor well as it turn liquid into gel. Design can be improved to have a close to actual underwear looks. I am a nurse and am pregnant with my first child, so it's important for me to find (a) a solution to the leaky bladder problem that is comfortable and non-bulky, and (b) to share my honest opinion with others. I can tell you that these briefs are very comfortable and were invisible under my clothing. I wore them with a pair of slacks for good measure. There were no crinkling noises, lumps or bumps, or tell tale bulkiness. I found that I forgot I was wearing anything but my normal undergarments. Of course they were effective! Lol! I wouldn't expect anything but. Or butt. I love how far these products have come over the years.... Yay!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend FIT-FLEX underwear for women, maximum absorbency, pretty much lived up to what it promised. I had no concerns with leakage. They felt more like regular underwear and did not ride up way above my pant waistband needing me to be constantly making sure my shirt was covering up "the situation". Liked the design on the waistband. The only complaint I had was that the leg opening was a little too small or not elasticized enough and would feel like it was digging in at the end of the day.
