A family member of mine deals with urinary incontinence, and it can be very tough to find a product that actually works but also is discreet enough to not show through clothing and to hide the scent of urine. The overall fit is very comfortable and feels underwear-like. The stretch allows for a good fit that feels secure to the body. The incontinence portion of the underwear is large enough to hold a lot and catch leaks, as it holds 25x its weight! Which is amazing for how discreet and unnoticeable they are under clothing. My family member is concerned with those around him noticing the scent of urine, but we both agree that there is no urine scent when this product is used. I suffer from PTSD and I get awful night terrors, some that result in me wetting myself & the bed. I have tried other brands of similar products and I wasn't very happy. They come in different sizes to fit properly. The nude color is a good color option for everyone. They are lightweight and breathable, yet still have a soft, comfortable fabric for everyday use.

I first tried the overnight and it felt small and tight but I was able to wear them half the night. The daytime underwear were a better fit but in the afternoon we went to an outdoor party and the temp was over 85 degrees. By the time I got home I was soaked with sweat through to my shirt. You can never have a perfect fit with S,M,L,XL but it is close but for me an extra bit wouldn't hurt. I wish the fabric was a little more breathable. Much better than the store brand. I will give them another try.

Fit--no gaps around legs or elastic around legs that cuts into you because it is too tight. No bunching up in the behind area. 3. They feel like a 2nd skin....so buttery soft and comfy cozy. My complaint is the same for all brands...they never hold enough fluid so urine runs down legs and onto the floor. My friends and relatives have the same experiences that I do. We want a better product. This product holds a lot more than the usual underwear because it is for overnight. I do wish their was a product to absorb all the urine loss and prevent it from running down legs. The best thing about these panties for me...they do not harbor bacteria. Especially in the summer heat from sweating...they absorb the sweat and I feel so comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had some health issues and was given some medication that makes me have to go constantly. Because of these health issues, I have numerous doctor visits, therefore, I could not stay home I had to be out and about. I purchased a major store brand and was happy with it however when I was given the Depend Fit Flex Underwear to try and review. My gosh, the difference in the 2 brands was major. The store brand felt like paper, the elastic in the legs were thin and seemed to rub on my inner thigh, they were ok to wear if you have to wear this type of product but It did have the absorbancy I needed in case I did not find a restroom in time. The Depends was soft, the elastic did not rub and the absorbancy was great they felt more like underwear and were much more comfortable to wear. I have since bought a pack and I would recommend them to anyone.

The product does not cover my back side; I am a guy with a 52 waist. With every step it feels like I am about to lose the underwear-my pants stop them from falling On the other hand the underwear does absorb! No question about it! The design however needs to be modified so that the back goes over a nan’s hip for a comfortable fit.
