[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Total comfort , just like putting on a pair of underwear very easy ,size wise it is what you wear in pants .They don't usually leak unless you would have it on too long . The only problem I have to see is the seam in the back of them needs to be stitched better , and if you are on a long drive use the overnight ones they work well.

These should be made with a lot thicker pading. My husband has no control over his bladder. So everything gets wet. Changing bedding everyday. They do not hold enough urine except for a couple of hours. If they made them absorb alot more they would be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to prostate surgery several years ago I have had to wear incontinence underwear when I know that restroom stops will be few and far between (such a trips by car). In the past it was a problem. I tried the underwear and the Guards. The guards are bulky and slide around and the underwear was not much fun. Mostly they just didn't fit right. When I tried the Fit-Flex I was pleased and surprised. Seems like they found everything people DID NOT like about what was on the market and changed everyone of the minuses to plusses. I am very happy. They are soft, which helps when you wear them for a long time, they fit snug where they should and have a low rise front rather than a waist band that almost hit your neck. After trying several different brands I saw an add for Depends flex fit and have been extremely pleased with this product. I am a large man and hard to fit; the comfort and fit on me is outstanding. This product does the very best as far as keeping me secure and dry. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering this problem and hope that in the future someone will really come up with a surgery or medicine that will really help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to doing a job right, these are not playing around. Highly durable, minimal odor escape, and strong retention/absorption. These however are lacking in the discrepancy department. I think some fit altercations would help prevent or reduce both visibility and bulk. This is not to say the fit isn’t comfortable, as they’re very conducive to the body, it’s just they have more bulge than I’d prefer for when wearing in public. Phenomenal for at home use and when function takes priority over appearance.

The sizing is accurate to the packaging and these really absorb liquid and odor well and keep it in its place vs being wet and uncomfortable like other products.
