They have a bit of a tendency to leak almost immediately when sitting in specific positions, but once you make the mistake once it won't happen again. They have decent odor control, and are about as comfortable as a normal pair of underwear.

Using product for 3 years. I have been complaining about leakage that I never had before even after my condition improved. Everyone tells me the quality is the same but I just discovered 3 pair in a suitcase I had not used for 3 years. Comparing the 2 was totally different. Quality is very poor and Depends has cheapened their product. It was enjoyable to wear the original product. Wish I could purchase the original quality product

When I got stuck in horrendous traffic in some areas of NY and PA, I was not ab;e to pull off the highway and find a comfort station. They were able to hold quite a bit of liquid as well as some solid if cleaned up right away. It also managed to keep the odors in so there was so odd smells when full.
