The diaper was full of water but did not leak through to other side, so I suppose anyone with incontinence will be pleased by these. I did put they on to see if they would chafe or feel uncomfortable, but the material is soft enough to be worn for a day. Only issue may be sizing; while the waistband expands, it was about half a size too big.

I ordered this for my mother who lives in an assisted living home. I've been told from the care takers there that this brand & style of it is better for my mother than other brands we've tried. My mother has dementia, and doesn't always know when she needs to go to the bathroom. These make great under ware for her both during the day & at night. I have ordered these from Walmart before & they are great in sending them out & my Mom receiving them when stated on the order. When ever I need these, I'll be sure to order from Walmart first.

The first time I bent over the side ripped out, I was so glad I was still at home and could go back to my panties and pads. But I really do wish you would make a larger size, I bet there are a lot of other people out there that wish that too.

So if you have a curvier figure this one maybe a better fit. Love that Depends Flex-Fit is made for all shapes and sizes, and the whole underwear from the waistband to the bottom opening are very soft and smooth and non-binding. I really thing the absorbency is really wonderful, no mess or leaks, and it is easy on and easy off when they need to be removed. Just the best Disposable Underwear I have ever tried. My flow is very heavy and these were perfect for the first two nights of my cycle. No more waking up with blood everywhere.

They weren't noticeable under my clothing, didn't scrunch up and stayed in place all day. I felt protected and comfortable all day.

They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.

It fits like regular underwear and keeps me dry throughout the day. However, the sizing runs a bit tight, so consider sizing up. Overall, very reliable for moderate to heavy incontinence.
