She is going to compare and see how it goes. She has arthritis so it may be that the smaller size is too difficult for her to pull up. As far as protection and look they are great.

There is a sizing chart which makes it easy to determine what size would best fit. It’s not fit like seamless underwear but isn’t incredibly noticeable under jeans or loose fitting pants. I use this for dual purposes and find that this allows for breathing so it has odor control. Highly recommend!
