They feel more like regular underwear than bulky adult diapers, and they do a good job handling light to moderate leaks without feeling wet. I like that they help control odor and stay fairly discreet under clothing. The material is soft, though they can feel a little warm if worn all day.

It says it has a dry shield and it holds 30x its weight. I have been told by dr that for older ones especially to drink slower and it affects how fast it exits your body giving you more time to get to the rest room.

Very stretchy waist band and it comes up high which I think helps with comfort. If you don't like it so high you can also fold it over I've done that before and it is equally as comfortable that way. Protects skin and doesn't leave any room for irritation because it absorbs nicely into the underwear.
