I had a little uncomfortable fit issues with the S/M so I switched to the L/XL, They fit much better and even though they were larger I did not have any leakage issues. I have tried other lesser brands and even though they might fit as well they do not provide the same level of protection or comfort.

They are also very bulky in the rear. I sometimes wear regular panties over them or a light weight girdle to flatten them down. I am having better luck with the Depend Silhouette Active Fit. That's all I will buy now. I keep my others to just sleep in at night.

My dad didn't say a lot about the product, just that he didn't like having to take his pants and underwear all the way off to change when he got to his destination when he tried the product. My dad never says much as long as everything is good, so imagine he liked them overall. Is there a way to put tabs on them so a man could take them off without having to strip on the bottom half?? A concerned daughter.

The underwear are comfortable, absorbent, durable and fits great. She really likes they don’t fit like a diaper, but able to help with her incontinence. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to Depend Men's Underwear by this website and sent for Free Samples offered. I am recovering from prostate surgery and dealing with incontinence. After several weeks a package arrived in my mailbox which I frankly thought was junk advertising. The small box had no indication on it was to contents and I nearly threw it away! Finally, I glimpsed the Kimberly Clark name in the return address which was written so small that I nearly missed it. Those of us with poor eyes will certainly have difficulty. Upon opening the sample box I discovered much to my dismay that it contained only the Fit Flex product in the small and large sizes. I was under the impression from the sample offer that I would be getting samples of several different styles, such as the Fit Flex, Real Fit, and Shields. Such samples would help immeasurably in selecting the right product for me. The large size is so huge I can't keep it up, but the small worked just fine. To resolve my dilemma of which to buy, I went to a local retailer and purchased small packages of each of the products I thought might be useful for my situation. This is an expensive way to test products, but I did manage to zero in on the Fit Flex as my product of choice. So off I went to my discount retailer who happened to be offering a coupon at the time, and purchased a large box of Fit Flex Underwear (84 count). Although I was still using up some of the small packages, I opened the box and tried one to verify I had made the right decision. While pulling it on and up, the right hand side seam ripped open, making it unwearable. I figured I was just being clumsy, and didn't think anything more about it. As I exhausted the supply of alternate products, I again dipped into the large box of Fit Flex, being extra careful while pulling them up not to tear the seam. Guess I wasn't careful enough because, you guessed it, the right hand seam tore open again. I'm sure you can imagine my frustration! Undaunted, I pulled out the duct tape and reinforced the side seam. While the underwear didn't tear, it certainly wasn't comfortable, and was a real pain to tape up. I still have 3/4 of the box, and generally leave it lay to the side. Perhaps I'll use up the balance with my current tape treatment (1" paper surgical tape works very well and is more comfortable), but I have now moved on to another brand which is much less expensive and works well with no failures. This is unfortunate as the Fit Flex appears to be a good product when it works, but manufacturing quality control is definitely lacking.

I have tried many others as I started having this problem at the age of 23 which is very young. Im almost 30 now and gone through many products trying to find the right one, well Depend it is from now on not only have I not had any leakage at night with this ones but they are also so comfortable that I don't even feel like I'm wearing them and knowing that I can go to sleep and rely on them not to let me down has been a HUGE confidence boost for me. I was on the road yesterday and it hit me like a ton of bricks I had to go and go now. Thank goodness for this product because I had to go right there in my car. I carry two or three in my purse for backups along with baby wipes, rash ointment, and a small container of baby powder. I pulled into a convenience store and changed out of them into a dry pair. I have worn these for over a year and they make me very confident ans secure. These handled the accident without leakage.

I recommend using this product when prepping for a colonoscopy procedure and/or when you're going through a bout of having the "runs" and you just can not get to the bathroom fast enough.
