Luckily, no prostate cancer but I'm continuing to wear for a while for the confidence especially now that I've gone back to work.

They are absorbent, have good odor control and seem relatively breathable. As for the comfort and the fit I wasn’t impressed. They feel stiff, papery and are a little too wide in the crotch which make noises when you walk. Not necessary the best if you want to wear them in public. In all they aren’t the best but can do if you have nothing more around.

Managing incontinence can be challenging, but these underwear have provided me with the comfort and discretion I need. However, I've noticed that they can be less effective if experience heavier leaks, so sometimes use additional pads for extra protection. So I would say 4 stars for comfort the waist band stretches and the bottoms are soft. They definitely do as advertised and absorb very well as well and take away from the odor. They are also durable enough to get through a full day of work. As I work in a factory and can’t always get bathroom breaks right when I need them.
