There's one button for everything; one click on, click through for mode and click to turn off. You can set your mode by holding the button and saving it for each use. The head is nice and I feel as though the vibrations are doing their job and keeping my teeth clean. My biggest problem is that the instructions are all just picture so it's hard to know what they're telling me about the brush because arrows and circles really make it hard to figure out what's going on. I do like this brush and would look into the newer versions the next time I go to buy an electric toothbrush.

It's not very loud either like other electric toothbrushes I've tried. I got the pink color and I love it! Battery has lasted several months so far which I'm a fan of. I was able to get several days of use on a fully charged battery which was impressive. The bristles were soft but both too soft, I like more of a medium/firm type bristles but this worked great! Definitely recommend this device for your oral hygiene needs!

They make my teeth feel like they got professionally cleaned at the dentist. Great battery life, I used it for 2 full weeks out of the box before having to charge it for the first time. Sleek design, not bulky at all so it will be super easy to travel with. This has great features like 30-second timers to let you know when to switch sides, a pressure sensor to ensure you don't put too much pressure on your gums and 3 different cleaning settings. I love the 30 second timers as it does a good job to promote healthy brushing habits and ensure my whole mouth gets a good clean.
