I made both of us sandwiches last night.. it kind of burned my tongue a bit but I do have some GI issues and it didn't bother my stomach at all. on the other hand hubby gobbled his sandwich down without any problems. it's his new sandwich mustard.

It honestly could be used in any recipe that needs mustard in my personal opinion. It's very smooth and has a little tang to the taste. When this things out, I will definitely be buying some. I love using it with Smoked Gouda cheese, crackers and summer sausage, apples, And you can make great sauces for different chicken entrees. It is not so sharp as other Dijon mustards that I have tried in the past. My favorite way to eat is with sausage, cheese and crackers. I will be purchasing again.
