The bottle came with a little recipe card so I waited until after Thanksgiving to cook it when I knew we would have company. If Im gonna try something new why not enjoy it with friends. The recipe was amazing. Super easy to make and we found a new favorite meal. The Dijon was awesome and my husband wants more!!!! So looks like we are switching from frenchs !

I've also made a brown sugar basting using Grey Poupon mustard to brush over baked ham. and this was dicious. Get it at your grocery store.

It has just enough zing to make it interesting, but never overpowering. I also love its smooth, creamy texture (some mustards are gritty). I use it for my sandwiches.

The subtle wine flavors are almost unable to be tasted. However the consistency and texture are creamy and delightful for dipping or spreading on a sandwich or cheese.
