I used it as a condiment and also added it into other concoctions to create spreads for leftover sandwiches. It has a very smooth and creamy texture, the flavour is strong. However, this contains white wine in it as an FYI for those trying to avoid it. The white wine stands out for me, if you are not used to the taste of it, it will seem very strong to you.

His recipe requires dijon mustard and it turned out perfect as usual! I love using dijon mustard in my sandwiches much preferred than regular yellow mustard. This brand delivers perfectly balanced taste of tangy and sweetness.

Not only did it enhance the overall flavor of my sandwich, it added a kick to it! I'd recommend trying but only a small amount if you want don't want too much of a kick.

I don't eat mustard much only on ham. so speaking of ham we did try it at Christmas on ham and it was good. my husband loved it and tried it on other several meats but if your picky like me, you might not care for it. it's worth the try if people are curious.
