Dijon mustard is always good but this takes it up a notch with some white wine (to make it extra fancy). Its delicious and super spreadable and the consistency is nice and smooth and not too thick. I like it best on a sandwich but any food that requires mustard will be a ten with this stuff. The flavor mixed with the Cajun fries I made was absolutely wonderful. Ive never had Dijon mustard before so I dont have anything to compare it to but I do know that it was full of flavor!

I love to pair this with a light coating of mayonnaise and grey Poupon with my turkey/cheese sandwich on potato bread! I can consume that sandwich in like 2 minutes flat! Grey Poupon has the best consistency, finely ground, slightly spicy and tart. It is so so so delicious! It has been and will continue to be a complete staple in my refrigerator from now on!
