Dijon mustard is always good but this takes it up a notch with some white wine (to make it extra fancy). Its delicious and super spreadable and the consistency is nice and smooth and not too thick. I love to pair this with a light coating of mayonnaise and grey Poupon with my turkey/cheese sandwich on potato bread! I can consume that sandwich in like 2 minutes flat!
