Its a little spicy, in a really good way, and will definitely clear out your sinuses. Think mustard and horseradish flavors, with a slight white wine flavor. I love using it on sandwiches, I used to use it in deviled eggs before going plant-based, potato salad, and so much more. I really like mixing some of this with vegan mayo to make a dijonaise. So yummy!

This is the only American mustard I will eat now! Seriously! You can taste the complexity of the mustard and the touch of wine as it boasts. We used it for Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches and it really enhanced the turkey flavor! I'm extremely impressed with this and will never be without it.

The mustard gave the sandwiches just the right amount of flavor. Not overpowering or spicy. Just a very smooth flavor. We also used it on our charcuterie board as a smear with some of our different meats, cheeses and breads. Perfect Lil accompaniment!
