Pretty comfortable to wear long term and no big bulging area. I didn't wear soiled for long so not sure about odor control.

There is a good amount of stretch so they can fit a range of waists. What I noticed that's a little different than other similar products is the quilting inside. The sides also tear easily to remove. Overall they do what they are meant to do in a dignified way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gracious! Boy, was I wrong! When I was selected for this test, I was truly very leery for a couple of reasons. My major reason was that I am a plus size and did not think that this would fit and be comfortable. I was actually dreading trying them on. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit - and fit well, and the crotch area is just a built in pad. I have never worn underwear such as this. On a daily basis, I use either a panty liner or the next step up in a pad for minor drips and leaks. So I didn't see the need for these, but they are so comfortable, I am now a new customer. I would recommend these to anyone who has bladder issues - from small issues to much larger ones. When I am wrong, I admit it, and my prejudging and dreading testing this product was anxiety for nothing because this turned out to be a great experience, and I found a new product that I will be using. Depend Incontinence Underwear is especially important after certain types of surgery. It is surprising comfortable and definitely not embarrassing. That's the fear for most guys, I think.
