I'm 29 and I use a wheelchair, and these Diapers are awesome A few weeks ago I was sitting in my wheelchair and I had the sudden urge to go #1 and I didn't make it to the bathroom in time, I wet my diaper instead after, I had the accident, I thought I was going to have a leak well I found out that the majority of my urin was in my diaper. After each pregnancy my bladder muscles are very week. And after an embarrassing accident running errands the pharmacist suggested that I invest in disposable underwear until my muscles regained their strength. She reccomended the Depends brand as being the mist reliable, absorbent and discreet. Not as tight in the center as they used to be. Looks like Victoria Secrets lacey garments around the legs where the elastic bands are located. Very frilly. Not very masculine looking, even though it doesn't really matter since my wife and I are the only ones that see them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the feel of the elastic (like a reptile), and it leaves a lot of bumps that show through the fabric. Seems like they run large. They do absorb really well and holds a lot without leaking. I notice no odor. Does the job it should.

I recommend using this product when prepping for a colonoscopy procedure and/or when you're going through a bout of having the "runs" and you just can not get to the bathroom fast enough.
