I've never had any leakage but they do get filled. I've tried other brands but these are more comfortable, the others sometimes fit too high waisted or bulky and show in my clothes, but these have felt more seamless even with good absorbency. They make me feel a lot more carefree in a pinch.

It is soft and it feels very stretchy for the waistband which I like. The sizing for a medium covers nicely for a person who's a size small pants but up sizing is more comfortable and gives you better protection. It is skin friendly with no irritation and the material is super soft with no awareness or noise while wearing a pull up type underwear. I find they hold well and no leaks have occurred and I have confidence this will be the one I will use from now on
