First off, the fit is excellent without being tight, and it contours well to the body without slipping or bunching, which adds to the overall comfort and security throughout the day. The material is soft and stretchy, making it feel more like real underwear than a typical incontinence product. It has no smell to them and I have worn one so far and it does not leak. I dont believe there is another product out there that is as absorbant and comfortable than Depends fit flex. They also carry guards as well (pads). If you have used any other brand look no further.
